Accredited Business Arbitration

BBB Accredited Businesses have long been recognized for their commitment to business ethics and customer satisfaction. These companies guarantee their customers a fair and expeditious resolution of any dispute that may arise out of the normal course of business through the BBB's arbitration programs.

At one point or another, no matter how committed they are to customer satisfaction, all companies encounter a dispute with a customer. When that company is Accredited by the BBB, they have committed to resolving any customer dispute by means of alternative dispute resolution. Most times the BBB's Commercial Arbitration Program is used. If you have a dispute with a business that is Accredited by the BBB, you should follow our normal process for filing a complaint. Go to www.bbb.org to file a complaint. If our complaint resolution specialist is unable to assist you and the company in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution for your dispute, you will be offered information on our Commercial Resolution - Expedited Arbitration Program.
